## Pricing and SLA

- IT subscriptions from €25 per user per month, ex-VAT.
- Contractual SLA, identical in every IT plan: 1 hour maximum response for critical incidents, 4 hours for other requests. Unlimited remote and on-site interventions. 24/7 monitoring on all subscriptions.
- Published IT prices assume a 12-month commitment. Without a minimum term, rates are 10% higher. 30-day notice to end. No exit fees; documentation and access are handed over.

## Coverage and how to start

- Remote support nationwide across Romania. On-site visits are defined in the contract, based on the company's locations.
- Start with a free on-site IT audit. We inventory equipment, licences, accounts, and vendors, then deliver a written report within 5 business days. The report is yours to keep, with no obligation to sign.
- Full IT takeover usually takes 2–4 weeks: inventory, credentials, licences, and documentation of the whole infrastructure.
